Email Policy/ Hours of Operation

Please allow 1-2 business days for an email response. Our hours of operation are Monday- Friday 10am-7pm.

Payment Processing Policy

If the customer does not verify their payment within the first 3 days of placing their order it will be cancelled and you will automatically receive a refund. Customer is subject to any return processing fees.

Returns And Exchanges

We will be accepting returns and exchanges on wigs, bundles, and lace closures/frontals within 7 days from the day that your package has been marked as delivered by the delivery courier. Units must be unworn, wefts and lace uncut, and bundles in its original bundle wrap in order to be eligible for return. The customer is responsible for all shipping and processing fees in order to complete their return or exchange.

Ready To Wear Wigs

All of our Ready To Wear Wigs come customized and styled as pictured. Allow up to 7-14 business days after your order has been placed for it to be processed and shipped. Shipping typically takes 1-2 business days not including holidays or weekends. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR CAP SIZE BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER.

 

Custom Wigs

Kustom Wigs come customized and styled. Allow 7-14 business day for your order to be fulfilled. Once fulfilled, your order will be shipped. Shipping typically takes 3-5 business days not including holidays or weekends. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR CAP SIZE BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER.

Bundle Deals & Lace Closures/Frontals 

After you have placed and verified your order, allow 7-10 business day for your order to be fulfilled. Once fulfilled, your order will be shipped. Shipping typically takes 1-2 business days not including holidays or weekends.

Wig Services

All clients must ship their hair to P.O. Box 681 Uniondale NY, 11553 once your appointment has been booked. Please allow up to 7-10 business days from the day your wig has been received for your order to be fulfilled. Once fulfilled, your unit will be shipped back to you via USPS. Shipping takes 1-2 business days. ALL SERVICES ARE FINAL & NON REFUNDABLE.

Disclaimer 

If you are requesting a color & show us an image of how you want the color to be, please note that this is ONLY an inspiration photo. There is no way that we can exactly duplicate someone else's work, we can only try our best to make it as similar to the inspiration photo as possible.

 

Please be aware that each bundle and unit is carefully inspected before orders are shipped out. Our raw and virgin hair consist of  100% human hair and because of this each bundle comes from a different hair donor. This means that bundles can vary in color and texture. Our hair color ranges from a 1 (natural black) to a 2 (dark brown) color. All bundles can be bleached and dyed to their desired hair color. Please note that you will get the best hair color results if it is done by a professional hair stylist.

For custom units and 613 blonde hair, please be aware that this hair has been bleached and/or dyed. Therefore, it is no longer in its virgin state. This hair will need more love and care than virgin hair and will need daily moisture. We recommend moisturizing using Argan oil and washing & deep conditioning weekly using a color-safe shampoo in order to retain luster, body, and shine. Also keep in mind that it is normal for freshly dyed hair to bleed during the first few washes.

Kreative Kolor Wigs is not responsible for units not fitting properly due to the selection of an incorrect cap size at the time of order. Please refer to our sizing chart before placing your order.
